boredom!

So last Sunday was a great day, It was my papa's birthday. The whole fam. went out to Crakers for b-fast YUM! Presley had pancakes which she loves, then we went to the swap meet. We shopped and test drove a vw bug for fun. It was just a relaxing day, we then went to mom's for dinner, ordered pizza, Pres went swimming with Gpa & we all watched the desperate housewives finale. Well just as Lynette is finding out she is preggers I get horrible back pain, and it gets worse and worse. I asked Manuel to rub my back... He said no (rude!). I couldn't take the pain any longer so I thought I would go home and take a hot shower... You know this is bad pain b/c I left just as Lynette was tellling Tom they were pregnant again. I went home took a hot shower for almost an hour, It kept getting worse and now it was in my stomache. It was this pain I had never experianced. Shooting pain from my back to my stomache all on the right side... I got scared, I knew something wasnt right. Manuel came home with Presley and found me curled in bed in tears having trouble breathing. I told him that I thought I needed to go to the hospital something was really wrong. I thought I was dying. Mom and Bob came over, I kissed Presley like I would never see her again and quickly got in the jeep. Long story shortened... After 6 hours in the emergency room, a catscan, ultrasound, and lots of pain meds. We found out two things #1 my potasium was very low (dangerous and can cause major heart problems) and #2 I had a inflammed galbladder and needed emergency surgery. Fun.
I was scared out of my mind, I can't have surgery I have a 8 month old at home, she needs me, I have bottles to wash, laundry to put away. It was horrible! 4 hours later I kissed my baby and told her I loved her and off to surgery I went(tears running down my face). It was so hard to think positive when there is this fear that I wouldnt wake up to see my baby grow up into this amazing girl. Surgery went well. I had to stay in the hospital 1 1/2 days, I had amazing nurses and all went well until they had to take out this jp drain... ugh... They had this tube draining fluid (gross) from my insides and it came out of me on my side and had a bulb where the liquid filled up. Getting that removed was 10x worse than giving birth! I hope I never have to go through anything like this again b/c if I have a jp again I will make them knock me out before yanking it from my insides!
I am so happy to be home again with Pres. Although I can't hold her for 4 weeks :( I have had to hire someone to help me with chores and taking care of Presley. I get my staples out (oh yes, staples, not stitches!) tomorrow, that should be fun. I am hoping the doc will say I can go back to normal activity. Sitting on the couch is no fun! Not to mention in 3 weeks we leave on our week long Colorado vacation & I have MAJOR shopping and planning to do!! So just thought I would blog about my fun event :) We will see what doc has to say tomorrow. && P.s. I would like to send out a special shout out to GOD for getting me home safely to my amazing daughter!

Bad Momma! ;)
